About Us

We are a holding subsidiary of Zhejiang ASD Electric Co., Ltd. (market code: 002403), Zhejiang Qianjiang Motorcycle Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. We are a robotic technologically advanced enterprise with independent intellectual property rights and its own basic technologies. In April 2019, ASD acquired a 39% stake in Qianjiang Robot from QianJiang Motorcycle. Following this acquisition, ASD owns 90% of the shares in ZHEJIANG QIANJIANG ROBOT CO., LTD. At present, QJAR has established its own branches in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Charbine and has mastered basic technologies such as industrial robot control, drives, system software, gearboxes and machine vision.
